Talent point refund

In the past Blizzard has mentioned talent point refunds only occur when they change the talent trees hence why we didn't get one when TBC went live. I can understand not refunding talent points when they only buff talents, but when they decide to nerf talents (not going into whether I think they should be or not) it only seems fair that they should give a talent point refund so we can re think our chosen path because they have made changes that effect that path.

The jusitfication for not refunding talent points at TBC start was because the trees didn't change and I paid the cost to respec so I could level and then respeced again at 70 to a build for what I needed to do next. But now Blizzard have changed the priest (and druid for that matter) talent tree and it seems if I am unhappy with the way my spec is now because of those changes I am expected to cough up the cash again.

Please provide priests and druids with a talent point refund, you changed the trees, let us spec based on these new trees without penalty please.

We typically allow free respecs for what the developers feel are very large changes to the overall class and their functionality. In this case, we asked if free- respecs were warranted and the answer was that we weren't going to be providing free respecs for people this time around. Sorry folks.
