Any Change to Mind Sear in Cataclysm?

We're not ready to discuss the upcoming changes for Cataclysm just yet, but be assured that we'll try to give as much of a preview and insight into changes when we can. What I would like to see is in my OP. Have Mind Sear be able to target self and friendly targets. This would make MS much more useful and functional and it would still retain it's unique "eye of the storm" function.

I noticed in 3.3 you guys made Seed of Corruption damage the target it is cast upon and that is a great change to that AoE spell.

I think changing Mind Sear to target self/friendly will make it a far better spell with out really changing the spell.
