Q u o t e:
learn to give constructive feedback

Said Vaneras, in response to an incoherent rant: http://forums.wow-europe.com/thread.html?topicId=7373159372&sid=1

Well my dear Vaneras, WE HAVE BEEN GIVING CONSTRUCTIVE FEEDBACK BUT YOU GUYS DONT BLOODY LISTEN

I feel that guys pain, it is sad that the only blue posts we get in our forums are telling people to give constructive feedback, when the only reason why they are swearing and shouting in the first place is that vast threads of constructive feedback from highly skilled players, and the vast amounts of negative feedback locks gave on our PvP problems all throughout wotlk beta, PTR and live have all fallen on deaf ears.

We have been telling blizz our problems for ages, but they didnt listen
So I think that is why some people are getting angry right about now

there is nothing wrong with voicing your concerns if you are unhappy, but that is not an excuse for insults or abuse. We understand that some of you may be frustrated, but we must insist the constructive feedback and a civilized tone is kept at all times.

If a thread contains nothing but QQ, rants or insults, then it is of no use to us. If a thread however describes a problem in a civil manner, possibly even supported by data to illustrate the problem, then that is something we do find very useful.

Advice: If you are too frustrated or emotional to keep your manners when posting on these forums, then please step away from your computer, take a deep breath, and calm yourself down before coming back to the computer.
