Fear = Most powerful spell ever!

Lets talk about things that we get *@!@ed up. Crowd control abilities and interrupting effects.

Take example of mage, they can silence you with counterspell for 4 seconds, they can make 1 of your 3 key abilities unable for 8 seconds! Cooldown 24 seconds. So what? You can still move away from him or keep your auto attack on him making him harder to cast spells, not to mention melee skills can still be used. Mage can frostnova, so what? We got 7 classes who are able to spec ranged combat! We got rogue who can sprint out of his Frostnova. Not to mention frostnova has 25 second cooldown. They can sheep, wow, use that in middle of fight and get opponent full health again? They give us only a start position.

Warriors got fear 3 min cooldown that brakes on any damage caused. (at least for my experience)

Priests got 8 second fear with 30 second cooldown, 5 seconds silence with 45 sec cooldown.

Druids got roots and cyclone. We got 7 classes who are able to spec ranged combat! Balance gets *#@*!!##@%%*@#*@ by rogues anyway so roots is against warriors? Cyclone with 1,5sec cast time? Give us a break!

Hunters got trap that works fine against warriors again, and scatter shot in Markmanship, intimidation in Beast Mastery, Wyvern Sting in Survival. They still got *#@*!!##@%%*@#*@ by fearlock.

Shamans can frostshock to slow fleeing opponents or those who come too close and earthshock to interrupt casting, however you can still cast spells after shock. They can even get rid of fear by putting some easy break totem with 5 second fear removing effect ticks. Can't it just make them immune to fear!? 5 second ticks is ridiculous, I never get out of fearlock with this.

Trinket got 2 min cooldown. Mine is always on cooldown for some reason.

Warlock's Fear is way better than silence, frost nova, earthshock combined. It makes you run any possible direction, especially the wrong direction, almost immediately followed by few dots.

Rogues got a couple stuns and blind, not to mention they can vanish out if needed. But they are very vulnerable to other classes while stunlocking, not to mention diminishing returns.

Why is it possible 1 class can spam fear, make other player unable to cast, move and attack for almost 20 seconds (even with diminishing returns) with 1 single spell and dot them to death? Why can't blizzard see something wrong with this?

Skill has nothing to do with fear removal, if trinket is on cooldown and your not undead and not warrior there's hardly nothing you can do about it.

It's our only way to defend against melee!

Don't you need only deathcoil to avoid melee, where do you need the extra when you can put curse of exhaustion to avoid them getting close again.
