A polite request about DoTs

I'll begin with a Blue quote (Vaneras) from a post just below this one that was locked.

So, with this in mind, and not wishing to break any forum guidelines what so ever.

I have a simple question to ask Blizzard or its busy Dev team, one which I do hope you can supply an answer for if you have the time in your busy schedule to do so.

Has some of our DoT damage on the current PTR been reduced (in particular Corruption & Curse of Agony) or is it a bug that requires some time to fix?

Ok, so the approximate damage reduction is 10% for Curse of Agony and Corruption. Unfortunately we weren't in the office to post when this information was released, sorry about that (I blame the time zones).
