Secret question answer recovery dilemma

I mailed in the form to recover my secret question answer for this account around a month ago, and I still have not heard back from account administration. I know they are usually very busy, but a month seems like it may be an issue with them not receiving the form. Is there any way a GM can verify that they do indeed have the request form? Thank you for your time.

Did you mail in your information to Account Administration, Squeet, or to Billing? Should you wish to recover your Secret Question and/or Answer, you'll need to make your form reaches our Billing & Account Services staff, as they are the ones who handle such information.

Can you recall if you specific which department you wish your paperwork to reach? And was it this form that you completed?

Alright then. I poked a bit deeper and it looks as though your form was received, Squeet. Our representatives sent the requested information to your account's registered email address.

Can you check your email again for me? The letter should have been between 8/21 and 8/22. :)
