I heard that they were removing these mobs in the Blasted Lands. I was curious if it's true, and when they were going to do so?

When the next patch releases, you will no longer be able to gain weapon or defense skill while fighting the Servant of Allistarj, Servant of Grol, Servant of Razelikh, and Servant of Sevine.

They will remain in the game, however.
