Blizzard,

(I am going to explain this situation without given too much account information since details can be pulled from my account records.)

I have two accounts since WoW's release. Originally I used a different name on the second account to keep them separate, not really ever thinking I would have to worry about character transfers between accounts. This is something I can probably not remedy, so that is understandable.

Here is my dilemma and I am being upfront and admitting this situation was unfortunately created by myself due to haste.

Around six months ago I transferred two 70 alliance characters to a PVE server from PVP. Since I no longer had characters on that server, I began leveling up a rogue on horde to hope some friends and my brother level up while dual boxing on my horde acct. On 9/12 the PVE to PVP transfer options was released and I was finally able to move two characters back to PVP. I have had a second account which is all horde PVP, but since the account name was not the same I could not move it there. After speaking with a group of friends, we all decided on one server, which was my original server and the one I now had a 63 horde rogue on.

Much to my dismay I ended up just deleting the rogue and put in a request for 2 (70's) back to that server. Everything look fine except everyone changed the server they are moving to. fail ... blah ...

Here is my problem/question regarding possible solutions.

Scenario 1

- Reverse the transfer prior to the 30 day cap and replace them back on their original server, but not refund the cost.
- Put in a restore of the 63 horde rogue.
- I pay for a new transfer to the right server for 2 characters.
- While I would be out $50, this would be more then worth it to remedy the solution quickly.

Scenario 2

- The 30 day limit is cleared off the account and I go ahead and pay for a new transfer to the right server for 2 characters.
- Put in a restore of the 63 horde rogue.
- While I would be out $50, this would be a great way to resolve it and not have an issue.

Scenario 3

- I wait the 30 days and then pay for a new transfer to the right server for 2 characters.
- Put in a restore of the 63 horde rogue and hope that this goes through ok.
- I am not sure what the time limit on restores is so this option is one I was trying as a last resort.

I have spoken with a GM as well as billing, but needed some specifics to determine scenario 1 or 2 would be able to be done.

I really appreciate any help or information and yes I do agree that this was created by me by being impatient.

Thanks!

We will be unable to clear the cooldown timer, nor will we be able to reverse the transfers for you.

You're certainly welcome to request the restoration of the rogue and we'll see what we can do for you. =)

Make sure to include the name, realm, class, race and level of the character when requesting it be restored.
