When is Garrosh Hellscream replaced?

And with who?

With 5.4 being the Siege of Orgrimmar, and I am sure the last raid boss being Garrosh himself, then when will we find out who replaces him? Will he still be standing in Org during this patch? And with the Tauren, Blood Elves, and Trolls being kicked out of the Horde will they be allowed inside Orgrimmar?

Just a heads up, I am a bit confused.
