It was announced 2 weeks ago that it would be coming in the "coming weeks". Does this mean we will see it 1 week before Wotlk release? Probably so. So dont get to excited, they are trying to keep some of their player base hanging on for dear life.

It will be made available as soon as we feel it's ready and stable for testing. This is one reason we rarely give timetables of when people should expect things. Delays happen during internal testing and we want to make sure that when we get this out the door for testing, it's in the best possible state to be tested so we can get the feedback we need to get the patch finalized for a live release.
