Those of us that moderate the Customer Service Forum aren't in a position to discuss the legal particulars that you are clearly interested in, after all, we aren't attorneys! I believe that the Terms of Use more than adequately cover your query though.

If you wish to persist in discussing the details, though, then you could potentially raise the matter with your legal counsel. They will likely know the means to raise the matter in greater detail with our legal department.
