i realize your site gets a phenomenal number of daily hits, but besides twitter, this is the 2nd buggiest website i visit. i get this vision of like 5 servers on an isdn line in some guys basement every time i see 404 File Not Found! it seems like any time i want to do account maintenance to my subscription, its always down. im sorry blizzard, i would love to pay you right now, but your site just wont let me.. :(
