Character transfer from UK to Us

OK I have several Friends that play WOW In the UK server BLade's Edge, and I play ON ravencrest is it possible for them to Transfer from a UK server to a US server and if so what action do we need to take.
These two systems are not interchangeable I'm afraid.

Then he must have had a US trial. The two systems aren't compatible, totally separate accounts.
