Are we gonna be able to test 3.0 on the PTR or will we get a straight forward patch release on live realms?

So I'm thinking since you had put up a launcher patch to enable background download, it should be coming soon.

Obviously I'll assume it's coming in the PTR first but "near future" gives me the 4 month assumption.

Players will have plenty of time to test the upcoming patch on the test realms before it goes live.

Because of the size of this patch though, the download for the full patch release will occur in phases, which is why some of the background framework downloads are starting now.
