Stop lying to your customers

So basically, here's what happened. I often idle in AV to soak up honor points. Mind you, I stay at my keyboard, and am not actually AFK. I verified with a GM that although this behavior is frowned upon, it in no way violates EULA/ToS, which, if I understand correctly, means that I shouldn't be punished for doing it.

Side note: I don't care if you all hate me, its my $15 I'll play any way I want, I couldn't care less if you qq about idling in AV being cheap.

Anyhow, back to my story. While idling in AV, I get a whisper from a GM asking me if I have "noticed anything unusual about AV this weekend." I feel that I should state right now that I am not mentally challenged. However, you seem to think that I am. I was a complete jackass to the GM, and basically told him that I was not AFK, and that he should spend his time doing something else. Why would I be a jackass? Because you are deceiving your OWN customers. If you want to check to see if I am AFK, send me a tell asking if I am AFK, don't make up some BS about unusual things happening in AV, its retarded....QUICK! LOOK OVER THERE! ITS THE OLDEST TRICK IN THE BOOK! If you are lying to me, why should I not lie to you?

Anyhow, that encounter ended. A few days later, I get an email from blizzard saying that I have been warned for spamming something about "interracial facials" in trade chat under a character named Fririce. I have never made a character named "Fririce," and certainly never spammed trade chat with anything obscene. Furthermore, I am quite sure that nobody else knows my account username/password. I can't help but get the feeling that this is some BS you've made up (again) to get back at me for being a jackass to a GM, mind you the GM attempted to deceive me, and lied to me.

First thing I did when I saw the email was send in a dispute claim via your web form. That was...7 days ago. No reply. This has only reinforced my belief that you have fabricated this accusation. Stop lying to your customers, and please dignify me with a response to my dispute claim about the warning I was given for spamming things which I did not spam.

Looking back, I just realized an inconsitency in the email I received. At the top, it states:
Account Name: **********************
Realm: Stormreaver
Character Name: Hobophobic

Yet I am accused of spamming on a character named Fririce. ...gg..? Which character did I do something wrong on again?

Anyways, after alot of QQing by the general public on this board, my question has boiled down to this:

Did you receive my email to account admin, and if so, can i expect a response?

Your lack of reason is disturbing, Hobophobic; however, you seem to have replaced such a potentially-destructive void with an impressive amount of vitriol and subjectivity. It's quite remarkable.

Regardless, this particular point of contention is nothing more than a Red Herring. I've reviewed the conversation in question, and at no time were the Game Master's comments "deceptive"; they were, at best, a bit indirect. I apologize for any offense, of course, though I implore you to realize that the intent of this sampled conversation was not to "win you over"; rather, it was to verify the occurrence of a possible violation.

The oldest trick in the book? Perhaps. Retarded? Unlikely. Lying? Deceiving? No.

While you may entertain the notion of revenge, the Game Master department does not. I admit: your theory is fairly amusing, though ultimately possesses no tangible merit.

It does appear as though you were sent this email in error, however, as my records detail no penalty being applied to your account. My apologies for the confusion; you're welcome to disregard the correspondence completely. :)
