We've investigated every report in this thread, and the vast majority of those accounts that were experiencing issues transferring look to have gone through successfully at this time. We do have a handful of accounts which will be receiving individual attention in those rare and unique cases where you may have transferred, but may be missing gold and/or items.
I want to reiterate that the source of this issue which affected those realms in the Ruin and Vindication Battlegroups appears to be resolved. If you are experiencing an issue with the Paid Character Transfer service at this point, I would suggest to check the FAQ on this subject (http://www.blizzard.com/support/wowbilling/?id=abl02008p) before posting in this thread.

First and foremost, I would like to extend my most sincere appreciation -- on behalf of the myriad departments actively investigating multiple concerns with the Paid Character Transfer service -- for both the wealth of information you folks have provided in the form of example cases, and the immense patience you've shown in light of our continued research. The assistance you've offered has proven invaluable to our efforts.
While there are regrettably no conclusive updates to provide at present regarding the progress of our work, you have my utmost assurance that all of the appropriate parties -- members of our development team, server technicians, database administrators, Billing representatives, and in-game support -- are currently working in conjunction to resolve this matter with all possible expediency. As soon as new information or developments come to light, we shall make certain that you are made aware posthaste. For now, your patience is very much appreciated. :)

We've begun to receive reports of potential issues with Paid Character Transfers conducted either from, or to, realms in the Ruin and Vindication Battlegroups; we are currently working with our server technicians to investigate the matter in more detail. If you have received all the appropriate e-mail correspondence regarding a transfer -- and finalised the pending transfer accordingly -- please post here if any of the following is true:
a) The transfer has been finalised, but the character still exists, unlocked, on its original source realm.
b) The transfer has been finalised, but the character appears on neither the source nor destination realm.
c) The transfer has been finalised, but any other oddities have occurred (gold or items not transferring, etc.).
