Saturday/Sunday August 11-12 around midnight i was unable to be given the Nathrezim Mindblade off of Prince Malchezaar so it was looted to a holy priest because she 'might' be able to use it if the gms couldnt switch it over to me. My gm Guill said he has heard of them giving the item and not giving the item so i should go to someone who may use. After sending in Many tickets i was eventually sent here because apparently gms are useless and NO i didnt D/C the entire encounter, I didnt die during the encounter (neither did anyone else), yes i was engaged to the mob, and no i wasnt lagging. why cant a gm give me the item after the person holding the item has sent in a ticket, our guild master and i have both sent int multiple tickets and everyone agrees that i should have the item and we all want me to have it.

I am sorry for the frustration this has caused you, Juste, as already stated if you believe we should able to grant these types of requests please post on our Suggestion Forums and those who can make such changes will review your request.

I don't know what I could say in addition to the four other Game Masters that you said you spoke to did not, Juste.

As with all restorations it is not that we don't wish to assist, it simply is not always possible. Long standing customer or someone who just signed up today it really does not matter; our policies are applied to everyone equally, if the restoration is not able to done it can not be.
