Rules question, loot card code/gold trade?

Can I trade loot from the card game for gold? My argument that it should be allowed is that what I'm offering is an in-game item, not the card itself, so I won't be breaking the "trading real life items or money for gold" ban.

I understand your argument but you are in fact trading an out of game item (the code which is on the card) for virtual property (gold).

if you were to turn the code on the card into the item it would in fact be soulbound to your character so you would not be able to trade it to anyone else in the game.

I'm sorry, Magharim, but exchanging real world items or cash for virtual property is against our Terms of Use.

But you are not trading an in-game item for real money, Magharim, you would be trading a card. Feel free to do what you'd like with the card.

It is when it comes to trading virtual property that you will run into a problem.
