Blizz contact info. not customer service

soo i have a 90 mage, this is an alt. I am smart enough to realize that our postings on these forums are not working and calling the customer service line does not work either. as a mage we are getting nerfed repeatedly in 5.4 and i find it troubling that they continue to do so and do not respectfully listen to what we have to say on the forums. I rifled through the SEC filings and found some info. I suggest we leave polite voicemails on these peoples lines and maybe something will get done.

Customer Service has no involvement in the developmental process, so you are correct, calling that line does not work for that purpose.

If you wish to provide feedback regarding the game you need to confine it to the Submit a Suggestion option available through the in-game interface and by posting constructively through the forums. Activision/Vivendi staff have no developmental involvement with Blizzard Entertainment.
