RAF level difference gap?

I've looked through pages and pages of forums about the RAF program but didn't find where there was a specific level difference allowed for the 300% bonus xp to kick in.

I want to start playing with my buddy but really dont' want to start another toon. I was hoping to start picking up with him with my 33 priest. What level would he have to be for us to get the 300% xp together?

Thanks

He can be level 1 or level 59, Avelaa, you must be within 4 levels of him and the encounter can not be trivial to anyone in the group for you to receive the triple experience though. The Recruit a Friend is designed for you to level with your friend at a much faster rate.

More information can be found here.

You can only grant him levels to a character near your character since you refereed him.

For instance if you were level 33 and now are level 35 and he is level 33 you can grant him1 level.

The other levels were not done since you referred him

Actually, only a character on the recruited account may grant levels to a character on the veteran account. :)

so you can only grant a level if the trial account user levels faster than the veteran user ?

Only if the character on the recruited account is higher level than the character they are granting levels to. You can both create a character together and level those to 60, the veteran account can have on it a lower level character that the RaF character could then gift levels to. :)
