Question about the grant a level on REF

if you grant levels from the account you referred ( which is your friends ). all 29 from 1 character, can i make another character and grant a new character from the main account another 29 levels? or do you only get to grant 29 level total on 1 account.

This isn't quite the case, Ani. :)

A newly recruited player participating in the Recruit-a-Friend promotion will be unable to grant levels only if the character initiates a character transfer or if the 90 day period has expired. Players who level past level 60 are able to grant levels normally as long as all other requirements are met. :)
