Mulligan: can you draw the same card?

For Mulligans, how does it work specifically?

We assume you can't redraw the exact cards you put back into your deck, but can you draw a duplicate of the card you put back in, if you play two copies of it?

For instance, we assume you can't get Ragnaros again after shoving him back in, but if you put back Sap in, is there a possibility you will get the second one you have in your deck?

When you mulligan your cards, you do not have a chance to draw the cards you are mulliganing (is that even a word?) again. They are set aside, you draw your new cards, then the mulliganed cards will go back in your deck.

What about getting the second copy of a card you mulliganed(pretty sure we are making words up on the spot).

Yes, you can get the second copy of the card. Picture it in a physical sense: You are setting aside the cards you don't want, then drawing the replacement cards, then shuffling the mulliganed cards back into your deck.
