Any primer for returning players?

So I just picked this back up on a 10 day trial(Not sure if I'll resub), I quit WoW back before Firelands in Cataclysm. I sort of loosely followed game changes since then, but wondered if anyone has a primer or 'cliff notes' of what's changed, story, game mechanics, etc since then?
