While your out and about

You come across a Gnome who is flagged and low on health while fighting some mobs.

Q, do you;

1) Stop and help them fight off those mobs?

2) Sit and watch to see if the mobs die first then attack the Gnome?

3) Proceed to attack the Gnome to add to the challenge?

Or

4) Wave and continue on your way?

What would you do?
