Quest chain with the Black Prince? If so, what is the legendary item and what iLevel is it?

Was it worth all the time and effort to get it or is it just a cool transmog deal?

Having serious doubts about wanting to keep grinding the LFR's to get the dang item for the quest. The drop rate is ridiculously low.
