Can't Grant Levels.

Are both your Hunter and your Mage on a recruited account? Only characters on recruit accounts may grant levels, Destrominos, and only characters on veteran accounts may receive them. :)

Your level 70 is on the veteran account, yes? You will not be able to grant any levels at any time, Des, as only characters on recruit accounts can do this. I apologize that the right-click icon is misleading and I'll make sure to bring this up. :)

Even so, even if you were on a recruit account, you'll only receive a grantable level for every two levels you gain while linked with a veteran account. This means if you transfer a level 70 to a recruit account, you won't be eligible to give any levels away, as none of the levels that character possesses were earned while linked with another account.

I know this is all a bit tricky, so I'd really encourage you to give our FAQ a peek. It's quite informative. :D
