Transfer of gold between servers

My main is a 70 (alliance) and I decided to recruit-a-friend (myself) and roll horde on a different server within the same battle group.

Leveling is very fast but I can not train (and get bags) much with 2 silver.

Questions:

1) Technical - are the neutral auction houses connected across servers but within the battle group? Making it possible to transfer gold across the servers?
2) TOS - is this allowed by TOS

Notes:

1) Gold was earned by main through regular farming acceptable under TOS
2) Same owner on both accounts ... I just want more than 2 silver :)

They are not. All Auction Houses—be they Neutral or faction-specific—are isolated per realm.

This question is somewhat moot, as one cannot technically transfer items or gold through our Neutral Auction House cross-realm. You are, however, welcome to transfer a character from one realm to another with coin and inventory in tow. :)
