So i was playing wow yesterday and all of a sudden i get dis connected so i try to log back on and it says my WoW account has been closed. im like wtf?!?! i didnt break ANY rules. so then i recieve a email from blizz saying some1 was trying to access my account so they closed it to prevent them from using it.
and i must follow the rules in the email to recover my account. i send them a fax and they say i have the wrong "Registerd account's user name"(i orginally put my moms name but i guess they want my name)but the thing is they also req a birth certificate and im afraid i may have put a fake birthday in when i made my acc 2+years ago.....so basically what im asking is IF i put a fake birthday in is my account doomed?

Our largest concern is verifying that you are indeed the registered owner of the account, my friend. We require you to fax us these documents to verify your identity. Please read the Account Retrieval Form carefully and include all required information. If you are a minor, please work with your parents to complete the form as accurately as possible and fax it along with the request proof of identification.

For more information on the account retrieval process, please review the following thread:

Account Retrieval Tips and Suggestions:

If the account was registered in your name and you are a minor, please attach a note to the fax indicating as such. Account Administration will review the retrieval attempt and will contact you once they have made a ruling.

If you have any questions, let us know.
