How long for account to activate URGENT

To take advantage of the RaF, even when my other friends arent on, i bought a second account. Playing two at a time is tough I found, but keeps it interesting. But I wasnt getting the bonus, and to see what was up, i sent my main a whisper. Hmm, it says Trial Accounts cant send tell unless im on their FL. I bought original WoW, for 19,99, why isnt it active?
