Of course this is the number on numerous websites and posts so there's no question this is the correct number.
My problem is, the phone calls never go through. I don't get a busy signal, but rather an extremely rapid beeping sound (maybe this is the California busy signal?). Are you trying to tell me that a company with 10 million + subscribers gimps on how many phone lines they have for billing customer service? No "we're sorry all operators are busy" message, no automated robot menu system - nothing at all?
So, what gives? Blue posters, please address this problem. If I have a billing issue I should at least be given the courtesy of you answering the phone when I take time out of my day to call you.
