"we're sorry, the long distance access code you used, is invalid for the type of call you dialed, please check the code and try again"

i have a really bad technical issue i have been trying to get help for , for like a week now, after being completely ignored on the tech forums http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.html?topicId=9023692809&sid=1

i called the normal blizzard number

1800 59 BLIZZARD, the guy told me he is not allowed to transfer my call to the tech line, i even tried emailing the tech support and i got a pathetic Robot response, i did this all during work hours. seriously blizzard? can't i atleast be a GM response??? even the in-game GM said "oh dang bro i had that same problem, i just called tech support and they fixed it easy" the hard part is getting tech support to hear you...

Where are you calling from Percision?

That sounds like an issue with your phone company. Are you currently residing outside of the U.S.?

Calling from Texas bro, i called verison (my phone comp) they said that it's not them.

Well, the number is completely valid and works. I can assure you of that; and the '949' area code is definitely a real one.

And I can assure you that any issues you experience with decreased latency when entering a smokey area is certainly in regards to your computer. Those types of areas are going to cause an increase in stress level on your computer; in other words make your system work harder. Unfortunately, if it's unable to keep up with what it's trying to do then it's going to slow down a bit.

I'd recommend following Thunderwulf's instructions on how to attempt to alleviate the issue.

If you're unable to resolve the issue, contacting our Technical Support department in another fashion other than via phone may prove useful.

Yea, it'll do that sometimes Percision.

Especially if you have the in-game graphical settings too high for your system. =/

You're standing in the green lava in Shadowmoon Valley in that screenshot, Percision. Is your camera underneath you? In the lava? Because that will make your screen a greenish color.

A lot of people have this problem to varying degrees. To reduce it, make sure things such as antialiasing (multisampling) are set to 1x and if that doesn't help enough, turn down spell effects.

That's definitely a good idea.

Thanks, Gray. ^_^

I'd start at the top and work your way up.

My apologies, I meant start at the top, as that is the lowest of the settings. >.<
