How do we grant levels

I don't think you even have to be grouped to summon*. You get a fancy icon next to their name in your friends list. What are the level restrictions on who you can summon? I wasn't able to summon my level 31 friend with my level 30. It could be that or the cooldown on it is account wide and I'm all mixed up.

I am fairly certain that you do in fact have to be in a party with the person you are trying to summon, Necko. Remember though, you may only summon a character if the accounts are linked. You may, however, summon the linked character regardless of level up to level 60; this ability doesn’t work past level 60 though.
