Raf bonus levels only go up to 29?

Theres a lot of confusion on the general forums right now as to whether a character can or cannot be granted more than 29 bonus levels through the RAF system.

What if a veteran account recruits 2 friends, can a character on the veteran account receive levels up to 58?? (1-58 are given via bonus levels)

Yes, I believe this is possible if you have two level 60ish characters leveled through the RAF program.
