Greetings everyone,

In order to streamline concerns and information, we would like to request that anyone who has not yet received their BlizzCon or WWI Beta keys to post in this thread.

As previously stated:
    Simply post "WWI" or "BlizzCon" along with your account's registered email address and edit the email out immediately. I'll still be able to read it and gather the necessary info.


We'll be using this thread to continue our information gathering regarding this issue.

Again, if you have not yet received your BlizzCon or WWI Beta key please post in this thread with the requested information.

We hope to have this issue resolved as quickly as possible, and we would like to thank you for your cooperation.

For WWI folks:

If you were sent a key for a region other than the one you are currently playing in please e-mail WoWBetaBilling@Blizzard.com with the following:

    Account name
    Promotional code
    Email address
    And current region (region in which you play)


    Please put “Regional Key Issue” in the title to expedite your concerns. :)
