Ingame ticket issues

Im having problems with the ingame ticket... I wait several hours for a gm response and when the tickets starts saying that the gm will answer soon it gets abandoned. Its not a addon problem because i have had the same addons since 5+ months ago when the tickets did work.

Im starting to get the feeling that GM's just dont want to respond to my questions.

I figured out the issue.

It appears that you're clicking the "Report an Issue" button rather than the "Talk to a GM" button.

If you wish to speak to our staff about an issue, please use the "Talk to a GM" button; the "Report an Issue" option indicates to us that you do not need to be contacted regarding the issue.

Also of note, we're unable to provide Game Hints, and you'd be better off inquiring about the issue on our Rogue forums.
