I just received an obviously fake email saying that I was being investigated for account sharing and to clink a fake link to prove I'm the real account owner. I don't have any blizzard accounts associated with email address so that sent up a red flag immediately. What I'm curious about is how they faked a blizzard.com email address?

Here's an SS of the email.

Spoofing an email is incredibly easy.

Everyone - PLEASE be extra careful with your emails.

I just had 5 in my inbox this weekend - none of them WoW specific, but actually very well done.

Unfortunately for them - I know UPS and Bank of America aren't hosted in China (as evidenced by the mouseover on the link they wanted me to go to).

It's a dangerous world out there anymore folks...be VERY careful with any email asking for any kind of information. Much more than your WoW account may be at risk.
