This can happen, though I apologize if it has proven to be inconvenient at all =(. You have a few options fortunately. First and foremost, you can contact your financial institution and insist that they process the charges normally (after confirming, of course, that there are no other issues with the card or the account). Unfortunately, it may be necessary to speak to someone in management to facilitate this, but it should prevent any further issues.

If you continue to experience issues, or it is not possible to process the charges for some reason, you can use a Game Card, as suggested by another poster, and you can also try contacting our Billing Department. Here's that contact information:

    Billing & Account Services

    Phone Support - 1 (800) 59-BLIZZ
Live Representatives Available Mon-Fri, 8am to 8pm PST
    E-mail Support - [email protected]

*Australian users should call 1-800-041-378 if the above number doesn’t work.
*Singaporean users should call 1 800-2549-9273 if the above number doesn’t work.

If you lack a telephone, you can try using the Billing email address; though it is important to note that for certain issues it may prove necessary to call directly.

This type of issue, it usually is best to contact billing.

And guys, let's start a new thread if need be, instead of digging one up this ancient.

Thanks!
