I was wondering how you the recruit distributes bonus levels to the recruiter's toons. Is there a time when these begin to acrew? Does it start immediately or after the trial period? Even if he has registered a Pre-BC key? Thanks.
At level three you'll have your first level to grant. You'll need to right click the player's portrait and select "Grant a Level" when you are nearby your recruiter.
