Level 30 Mount issue

heya i am having trouble getting a mount for my level 30 toon, he is a drenai, i have been to the exodar and i have purchased the apprentice riding (75), i was able to buy that, but when i attempt to buy a mount from the guy right next to the trainer i am unable to use them since they say minimum level requirment of 40. i was told that when u dinged 30 u would get some kind of mail that would tell u what to do, i did not recieve any mail. i was also told that the person u get the training from will give u a quest to get the mount, but alas there was no quest here either, i am extreamly confused would someone give me a clue as to what i need to do inorder to get my level 30 up and mounting.

Try resetting your UI.

1) Log out of World of Warcraft to your desktop, thereby exiting the game completely.
2) Navigate to the World of Warcraft folder, which is often found in the Program Files directory (the default path is C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft).
3) Either rename (or delete) the WTF, Cache and Interface folders. (Note: If you do not wish to permanently lose any third-party addons you may have accrued, or macros you've written for your characters, you would be well-advised to merely rename the folders, rather than delete them entirely.)
4) Log back into the game by double-clicking WoW.exe, ensuring that you do not reinstall any addons before doing so.
