"Invalid Credit Card Number"

When I try to upgrade my new Recruit a Friend trial account I get the message that my credit card number is invald or the following : Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please contact our Billing and Account Services team for assistance - (800-592-5499).

I use this credit card for my current account ( the one I'm posting on ) so what is the issue?

The issue could be with the bank your card is with or it could be with the card itself.

The security on online purchases is a lot heavier than a subscription plan.

You can try an alternate card but if that doesn't work you'll need to contact our Billing Department as directed.
