Problems with a wow tcg loot card.

Hello, I had an error claiming my footsteps of illidan scratched last night. Probably because the characters inventory was full. i have the card in front of me along with the page for the in game id here open and I'm sure the information was entered correctly. I also claimed a Papa Hummel's Old -Fashioned pet biscuit last night which worked but my inventory was full when i tried for the footsteps of illidan and now i am not able to claim them =[ help!
