Not getting RaF Triple XP. Please Help, Blue

As allowed in the RaF description and blue posts, I sent myself an RaF invite for a second account to multi-box. I created level one toons on both accounts, summoned, and grouped. I upgraded the referral account to full and prepaid 3 months. However, I am still not getting triple experience when they are grouped and at the same level. What am I missing? Thanks for the help, blue or otherwise.

Hrm, is it just those two characters grouped together, or are there other characters in the party?

Both get the same for mobs and quests.

Can you check your combat log, Stryla, do you see the following line when you kill a mob?

"Player gains x experience (=y amount from Refer-a-Friend)."
