some guildies told me they didn’t the tree mount or saw the gift in their collections, i got mine, but the only diff i can think is i voted for one of the mounts when the page for it first came out.

The Wandering Ancient mount is being granted procedurally to all players who have purchased Shadowlands on their account. The process is taking some time to work through them all.
