Periodic Lag Spikes

Thank you, Kaelo, I've let our Technicians know. This seems to be happening on a few realms so in the interest of a clutter free forum I'll be consolidating all threads of this type here.

I have a few questions to help our Technicians narrow down their search for the issue.

Is the latency across all continents (Eastern Kingdoms, Outlands, Kalimdor)?

Are you experiencing the latency in instances or battlegrounds?

How does the latency affect you, is it loot lag, movement lag?

Are you able to chat when a spike hits?

Ok everyone, I have a new set of questions for you and I can not thank you enough for the patience you have shown so far.

Could you list your Internet Service Provide and what region you are in.

Thank you, almost everyone, for providing the IPS and region you are in.

Our Realm Technicians are attempting a few things now, if you continue to experience this latency please post your Latency reading which is found in the low right side of your UI.

You are welcome, Grandpabones, hopefully everyone else has have their latency reduced as well.

The results may not always be immediate and I understand that the lack of information can be frustrating but we really are working as hard as we possibly can to hunt down and resolve reported issues.

I think we have enough ISP's and region information thank you everyone. For those of you on the Nightfall and Stormstrike Battle Groups are you still experiencing the same intermittent latency spikes?

Are they coming less or more frequently or about the same?

I'm looking for current reports, not what has been happening over the last week please. :)
