Authentication key problem

i get the message The authentication key you have entered<br>is invalid. Please check the key again for<br>any missed or incorrect characters, i just got the game today and it won't let me put it in, i tried 20 time and i put it in right and it still don't work. it has 26 characters in the key.

its the key for the burning crusades
