The instructions you've already been provided are indeed proper Ross.
Whenever a player has actions taken against an account that they know they themselves are not guilty of, one should always start looking for breaches of security. If you didn't do it - someone did.
Secure your system, I'd also strongly advise to change your email password once you know your account is secure.
On our end - follow the contacts and instructions that have been provided. We do our very best to make sure the original owner is in control of their account, and back in the game whenever possible - as quickly as we possibly can.
