Error 202: We were unable to process your req

Error 202: We were unable to process your request with the information provided. Please contact our Billing and Account Services team for assistance - (800-592-5499).

It's been 3 days now, i can't upgrade my trial version to a full version. Is that 800 number working in Canada ?

Not all of these issues that are experienced are because of an issue with the website, and while there are periodic issues that can occur with the site, that does not mean that it's been out of commission for over 6 months.
