i want to know how to file a complaint against <removed> for being rude and for warning me about spamming which i was clearly not doing by blizzards rules of spaming

If you wish to dispute an account action that you believe was applied in error, then the only means to address it appropriately is by sending an email from your account's registered address to [email protected].

Also, if you have concerns regarding a particular Game Master's behavior, then you may send feedback to [email protected].

That said, when an account action is applied, our Game Masters are neither in a position to provide a verbal warning, nor discuss the matter. If a suspension is necessary, then they will inform you of the situation, and then remove you from the game.

Edit:
On review, it does not appear that this Game Master had any contact with you aside from a standard email that was sent to advise you of the situation so that you could avoid more serious account action in the future. Additionally, you may wish to be more careful with your recruitment macro, as it was indeed used frequently enough to violate our spam policy =/.
