i mailed my account retrieval info in about a week ago. does anyone have any idea how long it will take.

ßøø, depending on where you were mailing it from, postage can take up to seven to ten days simply for us to receive it. From there Account Administration has to look it over and what not. I wouldn’t be concerned just yet.
