RAF account upgrade problems

So my roommate and I decided to get some quick toons to 70 by the RAF program. He sent me an invite and I created the 10 day trial account..i then went to the account managment and clicked to upgrade the account, I get to the part to enter my payment, name, CC info, and the security check key, well everytime I click to submit it tells me my CC is incorrect.

I know my CC info is right, ive tripple checked it, same CC i use on my main account...whats the deal?

There's no trick, so I'm a bit confused =(.

All account payment cycles will result in a mount if you are eligible to receive one. It is just a matter of when. The fastest method is a 60-Day Game Card. Second fastest (at around 41 days), is signing up for a 3-Month recurring billing cycle or more. Slowest is the 1-Month recurring cycles (at around 71 days).
